How Goldie handles customer information for orders, subscriptions, support, and storefront updates.
Goldie may collect contact details, shipping details, order details, account preferences, support messages, newsletter signup information, and basic storefront usage data.
Goldie uses this information to process orders, support subscriptions, answer customer questions, improve the storefront, prevent abuse, and send updates when a customer signs up to receive them.
Payments are processed by our commerce provider; Goldie does not store card details.
Products, carts, checkout, orders, subscriptions, and commerce customer data are handled by Shopify. Shopify may process customer data according to its own privacy and security terms.
Google Analytics loads only when Goldie configures a public measurement ID for the storefront. Analytics events may include page views and interactions such as product views, add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, FAQ opens, social shares, and newsletter signup attempts.
Newsletter and support submissions may be handled by approved service providers. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or payment-card information through support forms.
